hi let's chat...how are you guys? i have missed all of you. yikes, i am afraid i lost some of you while i took my bloggie break, i miss you come back. :) please let me know how you are.
i am good, although my daughter thinks i am looking tired. what do you think?
she may be right.
have a million things going through my head. not a whole lot of clarity going on. just mumbo jumbo it seems. i am having a hard time sorting things out. middle age kinda sucks. my brain is in hormonal turmoil a lot of the time. hopefully i can get things straightened out soon. i need clarity and even through prayer i am not getting it nor the answers i seek. i guess it must be my shift in seasons and i must have faith that it will all work out.
i have an urge to go crazy and paint my table top this color above. it is a little lighter in real life than seen in this photo. it sits in a wonderful shop in gearhart, oregon called romancing the home. my favorite store of all times.
here is another vignette from their shop. i love how they made that old thermos into a lamp, how cute. i am also falling in love with red & cream.
since i really was here last, i have been to the ocean for a wonderful vacation and then dreams of moving there since coming back. i love the atmosphere, the vibe it gives. my most fondest memories always float back to the sea. i can see my daily life there easily. a simple job, a little cottage, and when stress arises i can run down and look at the magnificent mass god made. you can't harbor any stress or weaknesses when looking at the ocean. it's soothing and holds me captive. we came back to hot heat, sagebrush and these guys...
they love to hang out in our yard from time to time. this guy got hit by the sprinkle and did not like it at all. so him and his buddy took off towards the orchard most likely to bed down in the cool grass that is shaded by all the green cherry trees. harvest is over for this year so they can live in the trees blissfully without anyone bothering them. they are lucky that way.
ummm, hello how cute is this guy? he was at the sunday market in astoria, oregon when we went. i fell in love with this little chap. but his owner was so unfriendly when i did my goo-goo's over him, she had nothing to smile about i guess. but c'mon if you are going to dress your dog up like that you should expect people's reaction, therefore be somewhat friendly don't you think? maybe she had kidnapped him and was trying to disguise him. lol, nevertheless, he was adorable.

i am really so glad i have gotten back into more reading. i just bought this book today, because i finished "loving frank", and i have this on my list to read to

they both look like pretty good books. have any of you read either of them? let me know what you thought.
okay, i am off to watch young & the restless (my fav soap), as i missed it today because superdave and i were off on a drive celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. we drove around lake chelan, which is a 50 mile lake, it was beautiful today, did some shopping, and stopped and bought fresh peaches, bluberries and white choc./blueberry cookies which were incredibly delicious. i have to find the recipe or make one up. i will share as soon as i crack the code. do you do that? taste something and then try to figure out what the ingredients are to make it? i do that all the time. please tell me your latest thoughts on things.
