Industrial meets Shabby
If you have an old industrial chair, and not sure what to do with it? Grab some vintage chenille and re-cover your chair pad. I love the industrial look mixed together with vintage/shabby. This was a little piece of robin egg blue lumpy chenille I used for the chair paid. I also added a little more cushion to it. The trick with these chairs, is that there is no way to use a staple gun - because of the metal, but these smart people who designed this particular chair made little pointy hooky thingys underneath, kinda like the back of a picture frame, where those little pieces hold the back of the frame in. Yep, that's what this looked like except they were sharp pointed little tabs. So all I had to do was fold the material over and hook it on and presto, a lot slicker than the staple gun. This little chair is getting ready to be sold at The Farm Chicks show.

That is just too cute! That will not stay unsold long. :-) Rosie
