Bits & Pieces

Things

It's beginning to be that time of year, where you can go out and track down big trinkets, little trinkets and this & that's.  I have 3 months before the The Farm Chicks show; and know it will be here before I know it.  So for the next exactly 3 months I am going to keep myself busy getting ready for the show.  There are tons of cards to get ready; not to mention all of the vintage finds that need to be sanded, painted, and beautified.  I want the main theme colors to be blacks and robin egg blue colors.  Most everyone has your basic chipped white furniture; but when I was at the last show we did; we had some requests for black painted furniture.  And I love my robin egg blue dresser, so those are the color schemes I am going with; well today anyway; I have a tendency to change my mind up a bit.  So if you were out scouting for treasures; what colors do you look for?  Also, do you look for furniture items, or trinkets?  Give me some color combos, last show we did it was mostly pinks, and whites.  Which you know does really well; but it's fun to have something different from everyone else too.  You will always see a lot of pinks, whites, chandeliers, that type of thing.  I love browns and celadon green too.  ???  The colors are up in the air, leave your opinion, ok?  :)
