Teresa Sheeley

Here is the scoop about me:

I just turned 45 and live with my hubby and 3 dogs, 6 cats on 5 acres in a ranch style house. My goal is to plant a vineyard, that is if we stay here. We dream and talk of moving, so we shall see.

My two children are away at college, and I miss them terribly. They are my bestest buddies and my treasures! We talk on the phone to each other about 50 times a day it seems. But now there is instant messenger on the computer, so that helps too!

We live in very smalltown USA, in the town I basically grew up in. My mom and my sisters all live here and we are a very very close family. I would be lost without my sissy's. My daddy died when I was only 5, so I am very co-dependent on them, since I am the baby of the family. I am Native American/French and so wish that my mom learned more french then she did growing up. I have just learned a few slang words from her. Sad that cultures get lost along the way because of the societies we live in.

Mr. Sheeley, my hubby, and I used to own a drive-thru espresso stand (11 yrs) exactly. Now he sales real estate, and I have started my own greeting card company. I design each one by either hand-drawing or incorporating my watercolors into the design. So far it's doing very well, wholesale business is kinda fun. Although I do have a big yearning to open a boutique here in town.

That's me the idea girl, vineyards, businesses, and tons of other things go through this head. It's really hard to keep up with sometimes. Please enjoy my sometimes daily dotes and scribbles.
